BBG Spaghetti | Leftover Ribs Recipe

Never let those tasty smoked rib scraps go to waste - this BBQ spaghetti recipe is perfect for the day after the cookout.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb of rib meat off bone and in small chunks
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 medium bell peppers any color/mix
  • 2 x 16 oz bottles Competition BBQ Sauce Single Bottle
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lb of spaghetti noodles
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • optional Garlic Parm Wing Dust
  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Dice onion and bell peppers into 1/4 inch cubes. Smash and chop garlic.
  • In a skillet warm up some butter and olive oil and let butter melt.
  • Next add your crushed garlic, onion and bell peppers. Cook till soft and onion is translucent.
  • Add diced rib meat and cook till warm throughout.
  • Add your bbq sauce and let simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • While sauce is coming together, bring water to a boil and cook spaghetti noodles.
  • When pasta is done, strain and save some of the pasta water to add to the sauce.
  • Mix noodles and sauce together and bring off the heat. Hit with some garlic parm wing dust, and serve.
