- Put the cereal in a Ziploc bag and crunch with a rolling pin. 
- In a medium-size bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined. 
- Set out 2 bowls, one with the egg mixture and the other with the crushed cereal. 
- Grab a slice of bread, drench in the egg mixture and then coat with crushed cereal. Repeat until all slices are drenched and coated. 
- Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a large pan and cook French toast for about 6-8 minutes, or until the outside is crispy. Make sure to flip halfway. 
- Enjoy with syrup, ice cream or berries
