  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 1.5 cups chickpeas cooked
  • 4 tablespoon ice water or to your desired consistency
  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil and more to drizzle
  • 1 teaspoon coriander finely chopped
  • Smoked paprika to garnish

Instructions

  • Start by combining lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor or blender. Blend until the garlic is finely minced.
  • Add chickpeas, ice water, tahini, cumin, and olive oil to the mixture. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
