Preheat oven to 380°F
Sift flour, baking powder, salt into a bowl. Set aside.
Cut one orange in half, press out juice, reserve.
Peel second orange, slice into chunks.
In another bowl, add egg, sugar, milk, orange pieces, juice, butter.
Mix with hand mixer or whisk until combined.
Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix minimally to create moist batter.
Fold in chocolate chips gently.
Spoon batter into silicone or paper-lined muffin pans. Bake for 25 minutes.
