Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup granola your favorite kind

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt) in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  • Using a spoon, drop 2-3 tablespoon dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Top each dollop of yogurt with blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2-4 hours, or until the yogurt is solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the freezer. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
